Team Lead (m/f/d) Medical Device Development

Austin Vita supports a renowned high-tech company in Hechingen in the search for a Team Lead (m/f/d) for Medical Device Development.
Our partner is a global leader with its unique technologies and continually drives development forward with constant innovations.


Your Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and managerial leadership while fostering the growth of team members

• Lead the department responsible for fluidic systems, including centrifugal pumps, cannulas, and related accessories

• Monitor and control the quality, quantity, and deadlines of the department, taking into account customer requirements and economic aspects

• Ensure the quality of technical documentation within the highly regulated field of medical technology

• Contribute to the strategic planning of development projects

Your Profile:

• Completed engineering degree (preferably in fields such as medical technology, mechanical engineering, or plastics engineering) or equivalent qualifications

• Proven professional experience in the development of medical devices and expertise in blood with it’s particularities

• Demonstrated project management knowledge in product development

• Knowledge of quality management for medical devices, including ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820

• Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and teamwork abilities
