Software and Electronic Development Manager

Austin Vita are currently recruiting a Software & Electronics Development Manager an established Medical Devices firm based in South Wales. This a fantastic opportunity to focus on providing leadership to a team during a critical phase in the companies growth.

Leading a team of R&D engineers, you will be responsible in managing the Electronics and Software Development team in the effective design, development and support of their medical devices whilst taking on the responsibility to manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure accurate and timely output in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Prior experince in software and electronics in technical product development environment is required. My client is looking for a passiontae leader, someone with good levels of people leadership experince (ideally someone who has managed a team of 4-5 in the past)
