The Quality Specialist (Complaint Handling) will be responsible for investigation and reviewing all product complains and take appropriate corrective action(s) aligned with regulatory and QSR requirements.


  • B.S., Life Science, Engineering, or related
  • 1-2 years industry experience
  • Regulatory knowledge of: ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 and EU MDR
  • Experienced Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & statistical analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail & ability to work in a fast paced environment
