Aufgabenbereiche:
  • System- und Konzeptentwicklung: Erstellen von Systemkonzepten, FMEA, Schaltplänen und Layouts
  • Prototyping und Test: Aufbau und Betreuung von Testaufbauten und Prototypen, Durchführung von Versuchen und Produktprüfungen (EMV und Sicherheit)
  • Requirements Engineering: Entwicklung von Anforderungen und Erstellung von Spezifikationen für Medizin- und Haushaltsprodukte
  • Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung: Verifizierung und Validierung von Hardware und zugehöriger Software
  • Projektmanagement: Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten, Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen, externen Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation und Zulassung: Erstellung und Pflege der Entwicklungsdokumentation, Teilnahme am Risikomanagement, Aufrechterhaltung der MDR-Dokumentation
  • Bestandsproduktpflege: Betreuung und Pflege von Bestandsprodukten, Durchführung von nachhaltiger Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse


Anforderungen:
  • Akademischer Hintergrund: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2 Erfahrung in der Hardwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Medizintechnik
  • Technische Kenntnisse:
    • Schaltungsentwicklung und PCB-Layout
    • Sensorik, Aktorik, Platinenentwicklung und Schaltungssimulation
    • Kenntnisse in EMV-gerechtem Design und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2)
    • Gerätekommunikation
    • Erfahrung mit Microcontrollern
    • Kenntnisse in C, C++ und VHDL
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Produktentwicklung von Embedded Systems, Mechatronik oder Hardwareprojekten
  • Soft Skills:

    • Preparation of technical specifications, test plans and operational documentation
    • Software configuration management and version control
    • Develop and maintain a high level of communication with the hardware engineers related to current projects and product design
    • Assists with the support and development of software engineers by providing advice and mentoring
    Experience required:
    • Embedded C & C++ experience.
    • Embedded multithreaded application development using an RTOS e.g. FreeRTOS.
    • Creation and tuning of PID loops.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    - Proven experience in systems engineering within the medical device industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
    - Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, and validation.
    - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    - Experience with risk management processes and techniques applied to medical device development projects.
