Due to the harmonisation of an acquired site in line with Abbott’s global quality standards and manufacturing systems, they required 7 contractors across QMS, supplier quality, design control, risk management, process validation, software validation and calibration. Candidates were required to start ASAP with the process split across three separate stakeholders.
Due to the tight turnaround time, we activated several Austin Vita consultants to increase coverage and response time. After a presentation of qualified candidates via video shortlist- providing candidate CVs with accompanying summary video, the video summaries and CVs were centralised and accessed via a password-secure bespoke portal, allowing all managers to view all CVs in one place and providing the capability to leave comments/feedback for others to view if logging in at different times. Target interviews, days and times were agreed prior to the commencement of the resource campaign, to provide for an expedited process once suitable candidates were identified.
Following instruction, the first 10 candidates were presented within 24hrs and furthermore, 20 candidates were submitted across the 7 positions. 6 of the 7 positions were successfully secured via Austin Vita, an 86% fill rate.
