My mission is to enable light bulb moments for leaders, recruiters, sales professionals and L&D practitioners around the world - I'm on a mission to prove that people professionals are much more than just great people to have a cup of tea with.

Over the last 8 years, I've worked in the staffing and performance industries building performance development teams and programmes for recruiters, account managers, 360 consultants and leaders with a key focus on the technical skills and behaviours that make up top billers and high performing servant leaders.
